3.Continue steering until the soap base is melted (The soap should melt between 120-130°F (49-54°C).
4.Add soap dyes and essential oils
5. Pour in the silicone mold.
6. Spray rubbing alcohol on top of the soap to get rid of the bubbles if any.
7. Let the soap cool down and harden at room temperature for about 40minutes to 1 hour.
Tips:
To prevent your soap from sweating, it is advised not to put soap in the freezer, as it is likely to sweat. Instead, let the soap cool at room temperature. You can also use airtight packaging like plastic shrink wraps or run a fan over the soap continually after removing the soap from the mold.
Attention:
1. Store the soap base in a dry and cool place
2. Avoid direct sunlight
So, if you have already noted the methods for making homemade soap with Biocrown's soap bases, you'll realize that it is very easy and hassle-free. With just a few steps, you can create your very own soap brand. As promised, the second part of this blog will discuss what makes Biocrown's soap bases a favorite among many businesses.
To give our beloved readers a better understanding, I have created a chart showcasing the differences between Biocrown's soap base and other commercial soaps.
Moisturizing Effect:
Biocrown's soap bases contain a high percentage of glycerin, which helps make the skin smooth and soft. They are gentle on the skin, making them perfect for sensitive skin. This feature makes Biocrown's soap bases ideal for both the face and body, unlike other commercial soaps that can cause dryness and eventually strip the natural oils from your skin.
Appearance:
Glycerin soap can be transparent, which is why it is ideal for businesses looking to create their own soap brand. They can add colors and mold their soaps into any shape they desire. Additionally, Biocrown's soap bases offer a variety of colors, not just white and transparent. There are also green, dark transparent brown, and yellow options available.
Scent:
All of Biocrown's soap bases are unscented, allowing you to add different scents and essential oils for customization.
Ingredients:
Biocrown's glycerin soap bases use natural plant extracts to benefit the skin. Additionally, they do not contain artificial fragrances, surfactants, alcohol, or parabens. On the other hand, commercial soaps contain more surfactants, harsh detergents, synthetic ingredients, and skin-irritating fragrances.
Additionally, Biocrown offers a line of soap bases, each enriched with different natural plant ingredients. For example, Biocrown’s olive oil soap base contains olive oil, green algae, and white tea extract.
