About us

Biocrown is a Taiwan-based OEM/ODM skincare and beauty company established in 1977. We provide turnkey services, including formula development, manufacturing, packaging, and label-making. Additionally, we manufacture a wide range of products, including hair and skincare items, facial sheet masks, color-matching facial creams, brightening soaps, anti-aging creams, natural and organic skincare products, eye creams, collagen-lifting face creams, skin concealers, body scrubs, feminine care products, and oral care products.

As the saying goes, nothing beats experience. With over 47 years of expertise, Biocrown has partnered with numerous international clients to manufacture skincare products. Among them is the international company Elizabeth Arden, with whom we cooperated and assisted in the research and development of the One Great Soap & SPA series.

Quality control

Biocrown ensures the safety of its customers by implementing strict quality measures, as well as conducting various inspections, including stability tests, product consistency tests, independent microbial count tests, and raw material and finished product inspections.

Additionally, we meticulously inspect the quality of our ingredients through various processes and procedures. Firstly, we inspect the label, scent, density, cleanliness, appearance, and color. Secondly, we submit the refractive index, pH value, and test reports, such as the COA and technical documents, to our clients. Lastly, ingredient sampling undergoes a series of cleaning procedures, sterilization, and disinfection, using single-use droppers.

Moreover, Biocrown utilizes a microcomputer air conditioning control system designed to kill and filter out bacteria, as well as adjust humidity and temperature. It is also equipped with Reverse Osmosis pure water equipment to purify and disinfect water. Meanwhile, the use of food-grade stainless steel water containers ensures reliable and chemical-free water for skincare product manufacturing.
