1: Will you charge me for the samples?
No, We won’t charge you any sample fee. However, we will kindly ask for an international shipping fee and discussion fee ($80usd/product), which includes formulation, package recommendation, and one-time free sampling.
2: How many samples can I receive? How long do I need to wait?
The estimated lead time for sample development is 7–14 calendar days, depending on the R&D team's current schedule. We will provide 5 SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) of samples for your team to conduct comprehensive testing and evaluation.
3: Can I use my own formulation or raw material?
Yes, we accept client-provided formulations or designated raw materials to maximize your product's uniqueness. To ensure safety and compatibility, all client-supplied materials must be accompanied by COA (Certificate of Analysis) and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) upon arrival at our facility. Our QA/QC team will conduct strict testing and verification.
4: If I do not like the sample revisions?
Biocrown offers high formulation flexibility. If the initial samples do not meet your expectations, our R&D team will perform in-depth adjustments and optimization based on your specific feedback.
